How Can We Help?

If you are having trouble accessing your Hosted PPS System here are some things you can try to fix your problem, or by all means complete the form below to contact us 24/7.

My PPS Session has frozen

Don’t panic! Here are a few simple steps to get you back up and running:

Windows PC

Press Ctrl + Alt + End on your keyboard then Log Off.

Apple Mac

Press Ctrl + Option + Command + Delete then Log Off.


Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete then Log Off.


Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete then Log Off.


Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete then Log Off.

My login or password doesn't work or I have forgotten my password

Not a problem, we have all forgotten a password before!

First, make sure you are using your RDP connection login details (rather than your normal PPS username and password).

Your RDP connection login normally starts with your PPS System “55” number – you will have received an email with these details when your PPS Hosted system was set up.

The login should be prefixed with ‘rushcliff’:

If you are sure that you are entering the correct details and still cannot log in then complete the form below and we will reset your password for you.

I cannot find or connect to the remote computer

Please check your server settings to make sure the server is set correctly. The server address can be found in your “Welcome to PPS Hosted” email.

If everything is set as it should be, check your internet connection on the device – you can do this by opening a web browser and going to a web page.

I am receiving a 'Switch To' message

This can be usually be resolved by pressing and holding Alt + Tab to navigate to the document and then saving and closing.

If you do not have success using the Alt + Tab suggestion then follow the steps above under ‘My PPS Session has frozen’.
