Offline access, remote locations and HQ databases

Working in remote locations or areas with limited or no internet connectivity is something we are well versed in supporting our clients with. Our unique set-up means that you can install PPS on your device and run it without the need to be online, then, when you next connect to the internet, all of the data that you have input or updated will sync out to any other PPS databases in your sync family, giving you the ability to connect all of your PPS users to one centralised database, wherever they may be in the world!

We don’t believe in ‘one size fits all’ packages. PPS is available as a local installation, fully hosted, web-based or a combination of all three! Once we know a little more about your set-up and day-to-day business needs, we can guide you in building the right PPS package for you.

Bespoke reporting capabilities, plug in external tools and export data.

Harness the power of your data with the PPS reports wizard. Create bespoke reports by defining your criteria to find and analyse the data that you input into PPS, perfect for monitoring KPIs. Using the reports wizard you can build a library of ‘favourite’ reports, allowing you to easily access information that you regularly need to review and our export feature gives you the ability to use charts, graphs and other data analysis tools.

The PPS database is also compatible with third-party tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

User access controls and auditing

We understand that effective people management is a key aspect of any successful organisation. Each PPS user will have their own username and password, this creates a user profile from which your designated system administrator can customise and modify each user’s permissions in PPS, dictating what they have access to and to what extent. 

PPS also features a powerful database auditing tool which allows you to review and monitor how your data is handled, ensuring data integrity.

Data Security

Our servers are hosted by OVHCloud Data centres which are covered by ISO 27001, 27017, 27018, 27701 and are GDPR compliant ensuring the highest level of data security for complete peace of mind.

API

Our API allows you to expand the capabilities of PPS by connecting existing third-party software or building your own front-end application.

Data Backups

We perform hourly and daily backups alongside whole server replication every 30 seconds to ensure service continuity even in the most extreme circumstances.

Comprehensive clinical notes

Focus on your clients without compromising on your treatment notes. PPS contains a plethora of tools to help make the process of recording your treatment notes as easy as possible, this includes the ability to dictate notes, upload documents, conduct video consultations and upload and annotate body charts or client images.

Our custom forms builder allows you to design and create forms that can be used for general treatment, online registration, consent forms and more. 

We also have extensive experience in facilitating clinical auditing with bespoke reporting tools.

Automated processes

Maximise efficiency and minimise human error by utilising PPS’ automated processes. Reduce admin tasks and patient DNA rates with automated booking confirmations, appointment reminders and follow-up reminders. Create bespoke email and SMS templates that automatically pull patient data and booking inforomation from your client database to ensure your clients have all the details they need for their treatment. Upload your branded templates from third-party applications for a professional set up.

We believe in partnerships. In order for you to get the best out of PPS and for us to be able to support you in doing this, we need to be on the same page. 

Right at the start of your journey with us, you will be allocated a dedicated account manager. Having an account manager allows us to allocate more time to get to know you, your business needs and how you like to do things. Your dedicated account manager will guide you through the transition process as you first start using PPS, including how to transfer your existing data. We will assist and advise on how to configure PPS to suit your needs and we will regularly check in with you, creating the opportunity for growth and improvements in processes and day-to-day practice management.
